SAR 100 / SAR 150 Angular Rate Sensor

Calibrated and compensated digital gyro sensor with SPI interface housed in a rigid custom ceramic LCC package to accommodate for either horizontal or vertical mounting.

Performance(SAR100)

SAR100 is offered in different ranges, has DC response, with low bias drift and noise, and incorporates a temperature sensor. A SPI interface enables easy and effective communication between customer application and sensor. A number of functions are available through the digital SPI interface including advanced self diagnostics.
