- Vibration MEMS accelerometers are high end capacitive MEMS sensors, specially designed for vibration measurements from DC to medium frequencies. Vibration applications require low noise, resistance to repetitive high shocks and insensitivity to temperature environments to guarantee confidence of measurements in rugged environments
